Mastering Salesforce Administration with Cirra AI: A Vision for the Future of Admin Work

Hello! I’m Jelle van Geuns, founder of Cirra AI. With over 13 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, I’ve spent a good part of my career navigating the complexities of Salesforce configurations and administration. I’ve seen firsthand how time-consuming and tedious it can be for Salesforce admins and consultants to keep their Salesforce environments running smoothly. That’s why I founded Cirra AI – to simplify this process and leverage the power of AI to make Salesforce administration more efficient, reliable, and accessible.

The Problem We’re Solving

As anyone in the Salesforce ecosystem can tell you, configuring Salesforce can be an overwhelming task. With thousands of options, setup pages that can feel like a maze, and an overwhelming list of configurations to track, it’s easy to see why admins and consultants often find themselves bogged down in repetitive, manual tasks.

I’ve been in this space long enough to know how frustrating it can be to wait weeks or even months for small changes to be implemented. During my time in the Salesforce world, we often found ourselves stuck in lengthy backlogs, waiting for small updates to be done. These delays were costly, not just in terms of time, but in missed opportunities to deliver real value to our customers.

That’s where Cirra AI comes in. Our goal is to take the grunt work off your plate and help you focus on what really matters: using Salesforce to drive business value, rather than managing the nitty-gritty of configuration tasks.

How Cirra AI Works

At Cirra AI, we’ve built a solution that allows Salesforce admins and consultants to handle configuration tasks through natural language – no more manual clicks or endless navigation through setup pages. Imagine this: you provide us with a simple specification, whether it’s written in a Jira ticket or as part of a requirements document, and our AI takes care of the rest.

For example, let’s say you need to create a custom object in Salesforce with 10 fields, a few picklist values, and a formula field. Normally, this would involve a lot of manual configuration, clicking through multiple pages, and making sure you don’t miss a step. With Cirra AI, you can simply paste the specifications into our tool, and our AI will use Salesforce’s metadata API to implement the changes directly in your Salesforce org.

This process saves you time, eliminates manual errors, and provides you with a complete record of what was implemented. You don’t need to worry about missing any detail – our AI ensures that everything is done consistently, with no gaps in the setup.

A Tool for Admins and Consultants

Our primary audience is Salesforce admins and consultants – the professionals who keep Salesforce running smoothly. While there are plenty of great developer tools out there for handling Apex and LWC code, Cirra AI is focused on simplifying the declarative side of Salesforce. We want to help admins and consultants automate metadata configuration, manage flows, and take care of everything that doesn’t require code, so you can focus on the higher-level business goals.

In the future, we plan to dive deeper into automating more complex aspects of Salesforce, including flows and potentially even providing more AI-driven recommendations for business requirements. But for now, our main focus is to make simple yet powerful improvements that can be applied right away.

Pricing and Availability

As of now, Cirra AI is available for an introductory price of $199 per user per month. We’re offering volume discounts for larger organizations, and we plan to experiment with different pricing models as we continue to grow and onboard more users. We’re also working on expanding the tool’s capabilities to support integrations with platforms like Jira, making it even easier to automate and streamline your workflows.

Our Team and Development Journey

Cirra AI was officially launched just last week, and I couldn’t be more excited about the feedback we’ve received so far. Our team is small but nimble, consisting of a mix of offshore developers and local staff. We’ve spent almost a year building this product, and it’s been incredible to see how quickly it’s gained traction. Nearly 100 people have started a free trial in the first week alone, and we’re continuously iterating based on user feedback.

We know that there’s still work to be done – the Jira integration is one of our next big goals – but the response has been overwhelmingly positive. People are really excited to see a tool that can make Salesforce administration so much easier and more efficient.

What’s Next for Cirra AI?

Looking ahead, I’m excited about the future of Cirra AI. We have big plans to improve the product, including deeper integrations, AI-assisted flow creation, and better user experience enhancements. But most importantly, we want to keep focusing on the core mission: reducing the manual effort in Salesforce administration and freeing up your time to focus on high-level strategy.

If you’re a Salesforce admin or consultant, I encourage you to give Cirra AI a try. We’re offering a free trial so you can see the benefits for yourself, and I’d love to hear your feedback. If you have any questions or want to share your thoughts, feel free to reach out to me directly on LinkedIn or email.

Thanks for reading, and I look forward to seeing how Cirra AI can help you streamline your Salesforce workflow and focus on what really matters – driving business value.
